Overnight (May 14, 2026), Ukraine suffered a massive air attack, during which Russian military forces launched an unusual amount of strike assets toward the country's territory. According to a report by Roi Kais and Guy Elster, Russia launched no fewer than 675 drones and 56 missiles during the night.

The Ukrainian Air Force provided details on the interception results. According to Asaf Rosenzweig, Big World News, Ukraine's air defense systems managed to shoot down "41 out of 56 missiles and 652 out of 675 drones" that were launched by the Russian military.

These figures reflect a large-scale aerial attack effort, with Ukraine highlighting the high interception percentages of the drones, despite the enormous quantity of vehicles launched.
