Throughout May 13, 2026, military monitoring channels reported a widespread wave of drone (suicide UAV) attacks that struck numerous locations across Ukraine. According to monitor, known for closely tracking aerial activity, groups of drones were identified moving toward strategic areas and major cities.
Geographical spread of the attacks
Cross-referenced reports from monitor and ЗСУ ДВІЖ △💪🇺🇦 indicate that the attacks focused on the following cities:
- Center and East: Dnipro, where a group of about 5 drones was identified, and Uman.
- South: The Odesa region, with a report of a group of up to 10 drones moving toward Bilyari and Pivdenne.
- West: Numerous cities including Kyiv, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, and Chernivtsi, noting that "2-4 drones" were identified per location. Additionally, movements were reported in Lutsk, Kolomyia, and Kovel.
Intensity of the threat
The channel ЗСУ ДВІЖ, which is identified with a clear pro-Ukrainian stance and reports on force movements, highlighted the severity of the situation at specific points: in the city of Rivne, over 10 drones were reported, and in Lutsk, 6 drones.
As of this time, Ukrainian air defense forces are working to intercept threats directed at infrastructure and civilian cities, as reports continue to update the public on the flight paths of the unmanned aerial vehicles across the country.
