During an event hosted by the American magazine "Politico" held in Washington with the participation of representatives from the weapons company "Lockheed Martin," an Iranian-American activist confronted Reza Pahlavi, a key figure in the Iranian opposition in exile. The incident, which took place on May 13, 2026, was marked by vocal protest from the demonstrator.

According to Fars International and Foreign Policy, a channel identified with the positions of the Iranian government, the demonstrator shouted at Pahlavi: "Shame on you! Where were you when our people pulled their children from under the rubble of the bombs you ordered for our country?". She further questioned how he could call Iran "my people" while calling for bombings on its citizens.

Similar reports appeared on other channels close to the Iranian establishment and the Revolutionary Guards. IRGC News Channel noted that Pahlavi encountered "fierce opposition" after being accused of supporting US and Israeli attacks against Iran. Akharin Khabar quoted the activist's harsh words, as she repeated the call "Shame on you" toward Pahlavi twice.

Saberin News Official Channel also highlighted the central question the demonstrator posed to him: "How can you say 'my Iran' while you call to bomb our people and our homeland?". All the channels covering the incident present a hostile stance toward Pahlavi and emphasize the narrative that he collaborates with external actors against the interests of the Iranian people.
