At the center of events is Blitp10, who published a post under the title "غداء خفيف مع بنت اخوي" (freely translated into Hebrew: "A light lunch with my niece"). The tweet received unusually wide exposure, with a reported figure of approximately 3,093,264 views.
Following the initial post, additional responses and posts citing the subject appeared. The user sawsan_hakami addressed the event cynically and wrote "حتى بنت اخوه اكلها" (translated into Hebrew: "She even ate his niece"). This tweet received much more limited exposure, with only 23 views.
