Several channels, including Труха⚡️Україна, Киевский Движ, and Труха⚡️Львів, distributed job ads for administrative and technical roles such as chat managers, translators, and moderators, with estimated monthly salaries ranging from $900 to $1,400. At the same time, Times of Ukraine: Новини | Україна promoted positions offering daily pay starting from 2,000 hryvnias, while emphasizing the benefits of "working from home" and the lack of a need for initial investment.

Locally, Левый Берег Киев published an office position in the Left Bank district of Kyiv, promising a base salary of 25,000 hryvnias plus bonuses, with a potential income of about 50,000 hryvnias per week, with no prior experience required. Simultaneously, the channel Київ | Times presented offers for simple work from home, such as packing buttons or sorting pencils, at a daily wage of 1,000 to 1,500 hryvnias.

Criticism from Job Seekers

Conversely, the UA Stream channel points to a more complex reality for candidates. According to the report, many complain that "employers rarely respond to inquiries," and note that the job search process is becoming an "exhausting and stressful process." The complaints focus on a lack of salary transparency, vague job descriptions, and excessively long interview stages, which indicates an imbalance between the supply of jobs and organizational communication with job seekers.
