A series of reports from Ukrainian Telegram channels indicates drone penetration towards the city of Dnipro during the night.
Alerts regarding drone penetration into the Dnipro region
During the night of May 7, 2026, intense activity of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) was reported in the area of the city of Dnipro, Ukraine. According to reports, residents of the area were urged to remain vigilant for the possibility of additional sirens being activated.
The monitor channel as well as the pro-Ukrainian channel ЗСУ ДВІЖ △💪🇺🇦, which is identified with steadfast support for the Ukrainian army and opposition to Putin's administration, both reported on "one UAV in the direction of Dnipro from the southwest".
In parallel, the channel Труха⚡️Дніпро | Новини updated its followers that "a UAV is on a path towards Vokzalna", a central area in the city. Shortly thereafter, the channel НУ І ДНІПРО! 🇺🇦 reported on "a group of UAVs passing through Tomakivka in a northward direction", and assessed that "soon, it is likely that an alarm will sound again."
These sources, which present a clear pro-Ukrainian stance, highlight the ongoing security tensions in the Dnipro area. At this stage, no casualties or damage were reported as a result of the reported aerial activity.
