According to reports from Al Jazeera and Al Mayadeen, Israeli Air Force aircraft struck the town of Zhalaya in the Western Bekaa, an attack that, according to Quds News Network, hit the home of the local council head.
According to reports arriving from Arab sources, including Al Mayadeen - قناة الميادين and Sputnik Arabic, at least 4 people were killed in the Zhalaya attack, including women and children, and additional injuries were reported. Ultra Palestine noted that the victims included a "mother and her two children." Sources identified with the Axis of Resistance, including Journalist Hussein Mortada, described the event as a "massacre" carried out by the "Israeli occupation."
At the same time, Al Jazeera and Shehab Agency reported on a series of additional strikes in southern Lebanon. Among others, targets were attacked in the towns of Zoutar El-Sharqiyeh and Zoutar El-Gharbiyeh, as well as the town of Mayfadoun, where, according to Al Araby TV, fire was directed at the vicinity of an official school.

More official media bodies such as Anadolu Agency reported on the events based on data from the Lebanese National News Agency, noting the total death toll as four people due to the strikes in Zhalaya and Mayfadoun.
