The post claimed that "women lie" and that their sexual history can be identified based on "behaviors and choices."

Simultaneously, an account named TheManOfNuances published a series of pseudo-scientific claims without medical basis regarding the anatomical structure of women. As part of a thread of tweets, the user used offensive terms and claimed that it is possible to diagnose a woman's sexual history based on alleged "physical signs," while using crude language and dehumanizing women.
