According to a report by Новини.LIVE, Ukraine is facing unprecedented pressure on the rehabilitation and employment system for approximately 1.8 million veterans. Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs, Ruslan Prykhodko, emphasized that 1.5 million of them are combat participants, and the state is working in cooperation with international partners to ensure their reintegration into civilian life. At the same time, the UA Stream channel notes that the market is beginning to adapt to absorbing veterans, with salary offers reaching up to 85,000 Hryvnia in certain fields.

In parallel with rehabilitation needs, the defense sector continues to recruit skilled personnel. The National Guard of Ukraine has published a diverse list of positions, ranging from drone operators to staff officers, with salary ranges between 25,000 and 127,000 Hryvnia. Lobby X ARMY, an organization focused on recruitment for the defense system, is calling on professionals—including Frontend developers and technology specialists—to join the ranks of the "Azov" brigade as part of the national effort.

On the civilian front, contradictory reports regarding the employment situation are being published. A network of channels including Труха⚡️Україна and Киевский Движ is promoting job channels that offer simple jobs with high wages, using aggressive marketing language aimed at independent work. Conversely, the Україна Online network reports that "due to the high rate of mobilization, a labor shortage has been created," and claims that thousands of companies are offering high base salaries even for those without experience. It should be noted that these messages are marked as promotions (#промо) and may reflect the interests of Telegram channels in increasing their subscriber count, rather than necessarily reflecting the precise macroeconomic data of the economy.
