Threats of Escalation: Social Media Warns of "Imminent Punishment"
On May 4, 2026, firm statements were posted on social media by parties expressing clear anti-Iranian views. According to marwan_aljaberi, who is identified with critical views toward Iran and its allies, a threatening message was published under the title: "سيتم تأديب المُحرِّض والمعتدي… قريبًا جدًا" (Translation: "The inciter and the aggressor will be punished... very soon").
As part of the same series of publications, marwan_aljaberi noted that "no one is safe from them," focusing on a figure referred to as "the inciter." In another post, the author added a religiously-toned call: "May God curse Iran and those loyal to it."
The message, which reached a cumulative exposure of approximately 117,475 views, was also shared by the account iii_mms, which published an identical message in content, highlighting the authors' intent to take "punitive" or "disciplinary" steps against their ideological and political rivals. The publications reflect an atmosphere of high rhetorical tension in these circles regarding Iran's influence in the region.
