Extensive Recruitment for the Ukrainian Army: Opportunities in Elite Service and Territorial Defense

In the shadow of continued fighting, a number of units in the Ukrainian Armed Forces are publishing targeted recruitment calls for a variety of roles. The "Alpha" unit of the SBU (considered a unit with a distinct national-security position) reports that it is looking for "operators for close-contact groups." According to the unit, they are not looking for "idealists," but rather people with proactive character, while promising modern training and advanced equipment.

Simultaneously, the recruitment platform Lobby X ARMY reports significant manpower requirements in various units:

• The 82nd Air Assault Brigade: An elite unit of the Air Assault Forces that has earned the name "Bukovynska." According to the report, the brigade is currently seeking an ophthalmologist, platoon commanders, and infantry officers.


• The 2nd Battalion of the 121st Territorial Defense Brigade (TrO): A unit that has gained combat experience on the Kherson, Donetsk, and now Zaporizhzhia fronts, is recruiting professionals in the fields of drones, mechanics, and driving.

In addition, the 4th Recruitment Center of the Territorial Defense Forces is operating a personalized recruitment track. According to the organization's announcement, the center assists candidates in choosing roles according to their personal skills, ranging from builders and electricians to medical teams, while ensuring "constant accompaniment of the recruit" throughout the enlistment process.
