The claims were raised both in the hearing held for Yaakov and in an official letter sent to the Attorney General.

Grinzaig added that "I am not familiar with a legitimate practice where you first file an indictment and only afterwards examine the claims," and argued that the examination of the claims is only possible now thanks to the media publication.
