According to the Rojava Gündemi channel, which covers events in the northern and Syrian regions, media outlets affiliated with the militant rebel organization 'Tahrir al-Sham' (HTS) reported that Israel carried out airstrikes against areas in the Quneitra governorate.

At the same time, additional reports point to targeted artillery attacks. According to the 'Askeri Operasyon Haberleri' channel, which relies on reports from the Syrian state news agency SANA, Israeli forces shelled the vicinity of the village of Abidin, located in the Yarmouk Basin in the western Daraa governorate, using artillery.

It is important to note that the reporting sources – the Syrian state news agency (SANA) and media close to the rebels (HTS) – hold conflicting interests in the Syrian arena. While HTS tends to highlight Israeli involvement as part of the regional struggle, the SANA agency acts as the official propaganda tool of the Assad regime and customarily documents every action attributed to Israel as part of a narrative of 'external aggression.' Israel, for its part, maintains a policy of official ambiguity regarding actions attributed to it in Syrian territory.
