Operation 'Rubicon': A heavy blow to the drug industry

Ukraine's National Police forces have completed the second phase of Operation 'Rubicon', a large-scale raid against drug trafficking networks. Over 4,000 men used this service to avoid conscription, and the suspects now face prison sentences of up to 8 years.
