The Труха⚡️Київ channel urged residents "not to ignore alerts" and to stay in protected areas in light of intelligence assessments.

Ukrainian security officials cited in Оперативний ЗСУ emphasized that "the scale of forces in the air and traffic on communication networks indicate that this is not a routine exercise." The reports warn that targets may include strategic infrastructure in major cities such as Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Odesa, as flight path monitoring continues throughout the night.
