[82415] Large-scale attack on Kyiv: Reports of 'Zircon' missile launches toward the Ukrainian capital

Over the past day, Telegram networks in Ukraine reported an intensive air attack that included the use of 'Zircon' ballistic missiles, drones, and other missiles aimed at Kyiv and neighboring districts.

According to the monitor channel, which is identified with operational reports on aerial movements, multiple launches of Zircon cruise missiles were identified passing over the Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions on their way to the Kyiv and Obukhiv areas. The channel emphasized the severity of the threat in its report.

At the same time, the Київ Головне (Main Kyiv) channel, which represents a pro-Ukrainian line, reported in a live broadcast on a combined attack that included "2 Zircon missiles, 2 ballistic missiles, and 4 drones" sent toward the capital. Sources on the channel noted that the missiles were launched from the occupied territories of the Crimean Peninsula as well as from the Kursk region according to reports.

The ЗСУ ДВІЖ channel, which is clearly identified with support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (ZSU) and an anti-Russian stance, provided continuous updates on the flight paths of the missiles over areas such as Bila Tserkva and Obukhiv in real-time. The channel documented the entry of the missiles into the airspace of the Kyiv region, emphasizing the immediate danger to residents.

The Повітряна Тривога 🚀 Карта Київська channel also confirmed the detection of the missiles on their way to targets in the Kyiv area, which led to the activation of red alert warnings in widespread areas. As of now, no official details have been published regarding damage or casualties as a result of the attack.
