During the last 24 hours, unusual security incidents were reported in the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. According to the Новини: Україна | Головний | Політика channel, "more than 20 explosions in Kyiv" were heard, which subsequently led to power outages and water supply disruptions in large parts of the city.
