The report is based on tracking military train movements that transported equipment and personnel directly from the Russian "Kapustin Yar" test site.

The UA Stream network, which covers the war from a Ukrainian perspective, elaborated on the details and noted that the base in question is an abandoned airfield located only four kilometers away from the Russian border. According to these assessments, the system is located about 280 kilometers from Kyiv, which raises serious security concerns regarding the potential strike range of the missiles.

Information about the system's deployment came from the "Community of Railway Workers of Belarus," an opposition movement that monitors military logistics movements in the region.
