A new investigation published by Lachen Pyshe, which is associated with pro-Ukrainian stances and critiques figures linked to potential corruption, raises serious allegations regarding the conduct of businessman Khmelov, a partner of Mindich. According to the Bihus.Info investigation cited by the channel, Khmelov has been engaged in extensive acquisitions of real estate, land, and hotels in the vicinity of the Bukovel resort since the outbreak of the war in 2022.
According to reports from Lachen Pyshe, as of January 2026, the company he owns has registered 24 plots of land covering a total area of approximately 9 dunams. Expert estimates cited in the investigation suggest that the value of the land alone is estimated at approximately 4.5 million dollars.
