At a ceremony held today in Odesa, 19 families of internally displaced persons (IDPs) received keys to new, furnished apartments. The event is part of a large-scale initiative by businessman and head of the KADORR group, Ruslan Kivan. According to reports from Реальна Війна | Україна | Новини, Україна Online, Ху Київ, and Труха⚡️Одесса, the total aid provided by Kivan to displaced persons since the beginning of 2026 has exceeded 100 million hryvnia.
The ceremony was attended by senior government officials, including the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Oksana Zholnovych [correction: maintaining source's referenced name 'Denis Olitin'], Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper, and Head of the City Military Administration Serhiy Lysak. The Труха⚡️Одесса channel noted that in addition to the apartments, about 10,000 people have benefited from food vouchers, warm clothing, and humanitarian supplies distributed as part of the project.
Oleh Kiper emphasized in his remarks the importance of the act: "People who were forced to leave their homes due to the war must be given the opportunity to start a new phase in their lives and feel stability and security in the future," according to his words as quoted in Труха⚡️Одесса.
