According to a report in Труха⚡️Україна, due to the war, a severe labor shortage has emerged, allowing students and people without experience to earn "40-50 thousand hryvnias" per month. These sources, known for publishing advertising content and promoting niche channels, claim that the jobs offered do not require education or prior experience.

On the other hand, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration has published an official position emphasizing the need for the legal regulation of labor relations. In an official post published by the organization, it is written that according to the Military Administration: "Do not agree to undeclared work, because you are losing your rights and opportunities."

The authorities call on employees to take the following steps if they are employed without a contract:

• Demand that the employer formalize terms in an official employment contract.


• Appeal to legal authorities in case of refusal.


• Look for a new job through official employment centers or contact the State Labor Service for advice.
