Operational success: Ukrainian interception systems shoot down dozens of Russian UAVs
Ukraine's air defense forces report significant successes in the use of interceptor drones to counter Russian UAV attacks. According to the STERNENKO Telegram channel, which is associated with firm positions of support for Ukraine and Zelensky, fighters from the SIGNUM unit managed to intercept 18 "Shahed" UAVs during the recent attack. The channel emphasizes that "every downed UAV is a life saved" and calls on the public to continue donating for the purchase of additional interceptor drones known as "Shahed-hunters".
At the same time, the Дикі шершні 🐝🇺🇦 | Ударні дрони-камікадзе🧨🚀 Telegram channel, which focuses on the development and supply of kamikaze strike drones, reported successful activity of "STING" model interception systems. According to the channel's report, the operating teams use these systems to intercept hundreds of enemy targets, including "Shaheds," "Gerberas," "Molniyas," "Lancets," and other models.
Both channels emphasize the critical importance of drone technology in modern warfare and the impact of the joint efforts of civil society and the military in curbing Russian aerial capabilities. The channels act as platforms for crowdfunding and direct logistical support to combat units at the front.
