Rescue operations continue in Kyiv's Darnytskyi district after a severe Russian attack

Since the morning hours of May 14, 2026, Ukraine's rescue forces have been working to clear the rubble of a high-rise building that was struck in an attack by the Russian military in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. According to reports, emergency teams are continuing searches to locate those trapped under the debris.

The СУСПІЛЬНЕ НОВИНИ channel (which holds a distinct pro-Ukrainian stance) reported via the State Emergency Service that rescue forces are carrying out complex operations at the site. Similar reports came from ХК 🇺🇦 Київ, which emphasized that these are the "results of the Russian army attack" which led to the destruction of the building's structures.
