Russian attack on Kyiv: damage in Obolon district

During the night of May 14, 2026, the capital of Ukraine experienced another aerial attack. According to reports from several local Telegram channels, the focus of the impact was identified in the Obolon district (Obolonskyi) of the city.

Head of the Kyiv Military Administration, Tkachenko, confirmed in a report published on СУСПІЛЬНЕ НОВИНИ, that the consequences of a "Russian attack" were documented. The channel СУСПІЛЬНЕ НОВИНИ, identified with the official Ukrainian stance and supportive of the war effort, notes that "there is damage to a non-residential building," and that data regarding casualties are still under investigation.

Similar reports were received from additional channels on the Telegram network, including Реальний Київ | Украина and ХК 🇺🇦 Київ. These channels, which cover events in real-time in the Ukrainian capital, emphasized that according to the report on ХК 🇺🇦 Київ, it is a non-residential building. Channels such as Женьок Вещає… and LOS SOLOMAS . КИЇВ also confirmed the hit in the same area.
