Court hearings against Andriy Yermak continue in a tense atmosphere

Hearings at the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) regarding the former Chief of Staff, Andriy Yermak, continued today, May 13. As reported by СУСПІЛЬНЕ НОВИНИ, Yermak rejected the suspicions against him, calling them "assumptions without any facts." He claims the process is subject to "public pressure on law enforcement agencies" from various entities.

The prosecution is demanding detention or a bail of 180 million hryvnias, as noted by DW Україна. Yermak's lawyer, Igor Fomin, initially requested a postponement to review the 16 volumes of evidence material, each containing about 250 pages, as detailed by Україна Online.
