According to the report, the suspect used to befriend delivery drivers who were collecting proceeds at markets in order to steal money from them on the road. Київ | Times confirmed the details and noted that the suspect operated in the Desnianskyi and Solomianskyi districts, where he allegedly managed to steal about 180,000 hryvnias. The suspect was arrested in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code and was taken into custody.
