Over the past 24 hours, numerous reports have been published in the media and on official platforms in Ukraine regarding the fall of soldiers in battles against Russian forces. The Lviv Regional Military Administration published an extensive list of soldiers from the region, including Yuriy Stelmashchuk, Oleksandr Mitrapanov, and Roman Lychko, who lost their lives in battles in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Some of the soldiers, such as Petro Misurka and Anton Dayko, were until recently classified as missing before their deaths were officially confirmed.

Simultaneously, Українська правда, which demonstrates a consistent line of support for the Ukrainian war effort, published a memorial investigation on Dmytro Kornienko, a sailor who died in the tragedy of the Il-76 plane that was shot down over Russian territory in early 2024. According to the report, Kornienko survived the defense of Mariupol but was taken prisoner in 2022 before being killed during the failed prisoner exchange.

Суспільне Харків described the emotional farewell ceremony for Oleh Makukhin in the city of Izium, where residents accompanied his coffin in a living "corridor of honor."

Additional reports from UA Stream indicate further losses in the Rivne and Kyiv regions, as state institutions call on the public to pause every day at 09:00 for a national minute of silence in memory of all those who fell as a result of "Russian aggression."
