In the last 24 hours, there has been intense advertising activity on Telegram channels that present themselves as financial news channels, such as Borsa Hisse Haber, Borsa Haber 🔔, and Borsa Haber Hisse🥇. These channels are repeatedly spreading promises to investors about stocks that are about to hit the "ceiling" (Tavan) on the Istanbul Stock Exchange, while marketing closed "VIP" groups that promise exclusive information.

Aggressive marketing methods

The channels employ tactics based on creating urgency, such as limiting the number of new members for private groups and posting successes in hindsight. For example, Borsa Haber 🔔 claimed to have shared the stocks #MİATK and #ANELE a day before they reached the "ceiling," presenting this as proof of their strategy's success. At the same time, another channel promised that by using "special no-loss strategies," one can achieve 3x profits (for example, turning 100 thousand into 300 thousand Turkish Lira), according to a report published on Borsa Haber 🔔.

Criticism and reliability

It is important to note that all the sources reviewed are commercial Telegram channels that define their content as #reklam (advertisement). These are not regulated media outlets or supervised financial institutions, but rather entities that use the "guaranteed returns" method to lead users to closed groups. The use of manipulative language and promises of certain profits without risks are classic warning signs in the field of investment scams, which are mainly aimed at retail investors looking for quick profit.
