Bennett warns: "Without Israel, the Middle East will boil with jihadists"

Former Israeli Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, spoke today (May 4, 2026) regarding the importance of the State of Israel's existence for global stability. According to the Turkish-Palestinian channel Daily Islamist (known for an editorial line supporting political Islam and Palestinian elements), Bennett painted an extreme scenario in which Israel does not exist, claiming that in such a situation "the Middle East will boil with jihadists".

Bennett added, as reported in Daily Islamist, that the absence of Israel's existence would lead Islamists to attack Western targets again, including "attacking the Twin Towers" and harming the United States and California, this time using "ballistic missiles".

At the same time, the Iranian channel İran İsrail Güncel Savaş Son Dakika (which deals with war updates from an angle close to the Tehran regime) reported on another statement by Bennett, in which he refers to Israel's technological superiority. Bennett defined his security vision with the words: "My vision is literally 'Star Wars'" according to the channel's report.
