The Turkish Capital Markets Board has approved two new public offerings with a cumulative volume of over 10 billion Turkish Liras, with an equal allocation to individual investors.

The Turkish Capital Markets Board (SPK) approved the initial public offering (IPO) prospectuses of two prominent companies on July 1, 2026, according to financial Telegram channels Borsa Hisse Haber and Borsa Haber Hisse.
According to the reports, the companies that received approval are the watch retail chain Saat ve Saat and the infrastructure and energy company Şa-Ra Enerji. Borsa Haber Hisse notes that for both offerings, an "equal distribution to individual investors" (Bireysele Eşit Dağıtım) will be provided.
IPO Details:
- Saat ve Saat: The company will issue approximately 80.3 million shares at a price of 56.00 liras per share, reflecting a total offering volume of approximately 4.5 billion Turkish Liras.
- Şa-Ra Enerji: The company will issue 89 million shares at a price of 70.00 liras per share, with an offering value of approximately 6.2 billion Turkish Liras. Borsa Haber Hisse adds that 'Tera Yatırım' led the consortium, and that the raised funds are mostly intended for working capital (55%) and repayment of financial debts (30%).
The channel Borsa Hisse Haber noted the accelerated pace of the IPOs with humor, writing: "The IPOs continue at top speed; if this continues, we will need to take out loans to participate in them."
