Gush Etzion Regional Council head, Yaron Rosenthal, presented an optimistic status report today regarding the expansion of settlement in Judea and Samaria. During an event for the regularization of land in the Gva'ot community, Rosenthal described recent trends as a true "settlement revolution," while praising the work of the Minister of Finance and Minister in the Ministry of Defense, Bezalel Smotrich.

According to reports in News Line and 🔅 Political Arena ‼️ (both organizations identified with a clear pro-settlement line), Rosenthal presented data comparing the pace of community establishment over the years. According to him, "If in 55 years 14 communities were established, in the last 3 years another 14 communities were established."

In his speech reported on Channel 7, Rosenthal expressed hope that the current political momentum would continue: "God willing, we will be strong enough politically and that Bezalel will continue to sit at the wheel, and there will be 56 communities here too."
