Update on Casualty Data from the Fighting in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip

The Lebanese Ministry of Health published updated data today, May 28, 2026, on the scope of casualties in the current fighting. According to reports from Abu Ali Express (which presents a critical stance toward Iran and Hamas) and Carmel News, the number of deaths in Lebanon stands at 3,324 people, and the number of wounded has crossed the 10,027 threshold.
