Escalation in the North: Evacuation of residents and IDF strikes in Lebanon

During the last day, a significant escalation in IDF activity in Lebanon was reported. According to Abu Ali Express, a channel that highlights distinct pro-Israeli positions, the IDF Arabic spokesperson issued an urgent directive to evacuate residents from 9 villages, including villages in the western Beqaa region (Qilya and Mashghara) and additional villages in southern Lebanon, primarily in the Nabatieh district. According to Abu Ali Express, this is a "targeted evacuation" intended to move the population away from areas of terrorist activity.

Simultaneously, the channel Asrar Lubnan | Secrets of Lebanon, a channel with a critical orientation toward Israel and its actions, reported that residents had begun to evacuate the area following the warnings. The channel noted that this is an unusual development: "One of the villages is Mashghara in the southwestern Beqaa, an area where the IDF had rarely attacked recently" (according to Asrar Lubnan).

On the ground, reports from the scene indicate widespread strikes. According to Abu Ali Express, the IDF struck in the villages of Arnoun, al-Namiriyah, Zebdine, and Rayhan in southern Lebanon. Additional strikes were carried out in these centers, with local media outlets in Lebanon confirming that the population is indeed in the process of evacuating following the Israeli military activity.
