The CEO of Bank Maskan noted that approximately 2,550 property owners have been identified who are unable to finance the reconstruction of their homes independently. According to a report by the Khabar-Fori channel, "over a thousand housing units were completely destroyed" during the war period, which led to the decision to provide "1,400 billion tomans in loans" for these families.
The terms for these loans include an exceptionally low interest rate of only 4%, with the start of repayment deferred for a period of one to two years from the date of loan receipt. This initiative is intended to assist in housing reconstruction for populations affected by the long-term damages of the war.
