Security tension in Iran: Flights cancelled and military threats issued

Over the past day, it was reported in Iranian media and Telegram channels, including خبرفوری ࡆ اخبارفوری مذاکره ࡆ جنگ فوری, about a sweeping cancellation of flights at airports in the western part of the country. While various sources linked the measure to the sensitive security situation, the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran clarified that no new official "NOTAM" (Notice to Air Missions) had been issued on the matter, and that it involved only existing restrictions.

At the same time, rhetorical escalation by Iranian security officials is evident. The Deputy Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters, General Ali Abdollahi, stated that the armed forces have their "finger on the trigger" and are ready to strike the "heart of the enemy." In his remarks, also published by the state news agency IRNA, he emphasized the readiness of Iran's missile and drone arrays as part of a "historical reckoning" with Israel.

In the belligerent sector, the "Hanzala" hacker group published threats of imminent attacks inside Israeli territory and called on residents to seek shelters. Channels identified with the Revolutionary Guards and groups supporting them, such as کانال اخبار سپاه پاسداران, echoed these threats widely.

However, social media also featured reports of a completely different nature. Several channels, including خبرفوری جنگ🚨اخبارفوری امریکا فوری and خبر فوری جنگ ایران, published messages about an "agreement and ceasefire" announced on Iranian state television. These conflicting reports, which combine war threats alongside claims of peace arrangements, reflect the heavy media fog surrounding the current situation in the region.
