The Central Bank of Iran has issued an official announcement clarifying the country's credit policy for the current year. In addition, it was noted that within the framework of the state budget for the current year, the total ceiling for interest-free loans (Qard al-Hasan) – intended for marriage, childbirth, as well as for deposits, purchase, or construction of housing – was defined at an amount of "at least 470 thousand billion tomans."
