Registration for first grade has begun across Iran

The Iranian Ministry of Education has officially announced the opening of the registration process for educational institutions for first-grade students. According to the published data, this involves the registration of approximately 1,186,000 new students across the country.

According to a report by the 'Akharin Khabar' channel, which is identified with general news channels, the process began today, May 22, 2026 (1st of Khordad in the Persian calendar), and will continue until July 10 (10th of Tir).

The report was also confirmed by the Hamian-e Pezeshkian channel, which is identified with supporters of President Masoud Pezeshkian. The channel noted that: "Registration for first-grade students starts today and continues until July 10".

The move is coordinated and synchronized between official bodies and various communication platforms in the country, with the aim of ensuring early preparation of the education system for the next school year.
