Iran's National Testing Organization (Sanjesh Organization) has announced that registration for the national entrance exam (Konkur) and the student-teacher training track for the year 1405 will take place at the end of the month of Ordibehesht (May 2026). According to the report by Ye DaneshAmoz, registration is scheduled to take place toward the end of the current month.

In a broader report by Akhbar-e Fori, it was noted that the delay in announcing the exact date is due to an initiative by the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Education to consolidate the entrance exams. According to the organization's statement, the move is intended to "improve the exam administration process, shorten the time until results are published, and enable the start of the academic year with minimal delays." The plan is currently subject to final approval by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

Simultaneously, IRNA News Agency reported on the registration details for exams for schools for the gifted (Sampad) and state excellence tracks for the 1405-1406 academic year. According to the data, about 120,000 candidates are expected to register for these exams, which are intended for 7th and 10th grades. It should be noted that IRNA News Agency serves as Iran's official state news agency, which transmits government data without independent interpretation.
