According to a report by IRNA News Agency, which is identified with official Iranian positions, the Deputy Minister of Social Development in the Gaza Strip, Riyad al-Bitar, stated that about 80 percent of Palestinian families have lost their homes since the beginning of the war. According to the report, residents are living in difficult conditions in schools, housing centers, and tents as a result of the destruction of civilian infrastructure.

At the same time, the Iranian news agency SNN.ir reported the death of Palestinian football goalkeeper, Salim al-Ashqar. According to SNN.ir, the Palestinian Football Association confirmed that al-Ashqar was killed by IDF fire, thus joining a list of "more than 1,000 Palestinian athletes" who have been killed since October 2023.

On the political front, Mustafa Barghouti, Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, claimed in a conversation published on SNN that Israel has violated ceasefire agreements in Gaza "more than 3,500 times." According to him, any ceasefire agreement under current conditions is "worthless" due to the continuation of Israeli military activity.
