Users identified with a conservative line claimed that the party has undergone a process of radicalization to the left, and expressed support for abandoning its ranks.
bental_dan, a user expressing distinct conservative views, claimed in a thread of messages that some Democrats do not understand that their party has been "captured by far-left elements." The user called on Democratic voters to move to the "right side" for at least a few election cycles, with the goal of performing an internal "cleansing" of their party. In additional posts, the user termed the mentioned positions as democratic socialism, a position that gained resonance among other users.
At the same time, ElizBramon50, who presents a capitalist ideological line, expressed satisfaction with supporters abandoning the Democratic ideology and noted that more people understand that socialism does not work.
On the other hand, the political discourse was accompanied by other content, including a campaign by the account DschlopesIsBack which conducted a "monthly bot test" and called on its followers to respond to avoid having accounts "purged," while using the slogan MAGA. Another user, panamaorange, published cynical criticism of posts by Donald Trump on the Truth Social platform.
