According to the Twitter channel meponqocoqueta, starting at 02:15, the city was attacked from several directions simultaneously by "multiple ballistic missiles," with loud explosions heard throughout the city.
In a further report, meponqocoqueta noted that Kyiv is "flooded again with Russian UAVs," which led to difficult reports of a direct hit on a residential structure. As a result of the attack, the intelligence channel AZ_Intel_ confirmed that "a residential building collapsed in Kyiv" during the heavy Russian attack, and that there are people currently trapped under the rubble.
