According to the report, the parties have committed to an "immediate and final declaration of the end of the war", complete avoidance of hostile acts, and conducting negotiations for a final agreement within 60 days.

As part of the understandings, as published by the Quds News Network, the United States will lift the naval blockade on Iran and grant exemptions for oil exports and banking services, concurrently with the unfreezing of Iranian assets and funds. Furthermore, a broad economic plan was revealed, published by the Yemen News Network, which includes a fund for the reconstruction of Iran totaling approximately $300 billion, with the aim of encouraging international investment in the country.
