The 'Loyalty to the Resistance' bloc (كتلة الوفاء للمقاومة) published a harsh statement today regarding the situation in Lebanon, in which it accuses Israel of operating a "killing machine" according to Al-Mayadeen channel that has not spared journalists, humanitarian aid workers, and UNIFIL personnel. The bloc claims that Israel is conducting a planned campaign of "destroying villages on the border and displacing residents" in order to establish a buffer zone up to the Litani River according to Al-Mayadeen channel.

In a detailed document, the bloc claims that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has disavowed all his commitments within the framework of the ceasefire agreement reached through American mediation, and that for 15 months Israel has been working to change the reality on the ground by force of arms according to an Al-Mayadeen channel report. According to the bloc's statement, the Lebanese security forces and UN personnel have failed to enforce the agreements, which leaves, according to them, the "human right to self-defense" as the only option remaining for the residents according to the 'Al-Nabatieh' website.

Conversely, the 'Rassed Al-Adu' channel, which is identified with an approach critical of Israel, quoted reports from the 'Haaretz' newspaper regarding growing frustration within the IDF due to a lack of strategy and drone operations, alongside paralysis in political negotiations. The channel notes that the military and political echelon in Israel avoids an in-depth discussion on the viability (جدوى) of continuing the fighting in southern Lebanon.

The bloc's demands as presented include the withdrawal of the Israeli army to the "internationally recognized borders," the cessation of all assassination operations and bombings of residential buildings, and the release of detainees as reported on Lebanesenews24. The bloc emphasized that the issue of Lebanon's defense remains an "internal Lebanese matter" that should be resolved through a national security strategy via internal Lebanese dialogue.
