According to CressFiles, which reports to an audience of over 164,000 followers, there is a heavy concern regarding "planned cyberattacks and coordinated media campaigns." The channel emphasizes that "the security breach always starts through manipulation of emotions and mobilizing the public," and warns users not to get drawn into sudden online activity even around issues that seem justified, out of fear that it is an information warfare trap. A similar warning was also distributed by Ahmedmalfifi, who joins the call to exercise extra caution in light of the nature of "today's information wars," which are fundamentally different from those we knew in the past.
On the technical level, 6wee6er reported another concrete threat: the exposure of a vulnerability that allows hacking into popular home cameras.
