Extensive Wave of Attacks in Southern Lebanon

Throughout the day (April 30, 2026), a series of IDF forces' strikes were reported in several locations in southern Lebanon. Al-Mayadeen channel, a channel affiliated with the Axis of Resistance, reports extensive airstrikes carried out in the Nabatieh District. According to the report, an "اعتداء بغارة إسرائيلية" (attack via an Israeli airstrike) was carried out in the town of Harouf, as well as an "غارة إسرائيلية استهدفت بلدة تول" (Israeli raid that struck the town of Toul), a report also verified by Al-Araby TV channel.

In addition, Al-Mayadeen reported that during the Israeli activity in the area, "إطلاق صاروخ دفاع جوي باتجاه إحدى مسيّرات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي" (an anti-aircraft missile was launched towards one of the Israeli occupation army's UAVs).

Other locations that sustained attacks, according to the channel's reports, include the towns of Khirbet Selm and Haris, where an "اعتداء إسرائيلي" (Israeli attack) was reported. Furthermore, a drone strike was reported in the town of Srifa, strikes in the area of the town of Braachit, as well as artillery shelling directed at the town of "بيوت السياد" (Bayut al-Siyad).

The reports emphasize the use of terminology characteristic of the "Axis of Resistance" narrative, referring to the IDF as the "occupation army" (جيش الاحتلال) and referring to its actions as "aggression" (اعتداء). As of this hour, no details have been provided by official sources in Israel regarding the extent of the damage or the targets of the strikes.
